I know this guy should have had a lawyer examine all contracts before donating sperm but I can’t help but feel sorry for this guy. Maybe he just couldn’t find a woman to settle down with. He definitely should have considered adoption if he wanted a child he was actually allowed to spend time with but it’s hard for me to be down on a man that wanted to be a father so badly because we sure seem to have a shortage of men willing to be fathers nowadays. I’m not saying such men don’t exist, I’m sure there are plenty of loving fathers here on FR, but among the younger generation it is hopeless.

If you read the full article, the law changed in 2008 giving them the “right” to eliminate him. Whatever the contract, it would be superseded by law.
