Minneapolis Police are adding patrols to the northside to prevent looting.
Broadway Liquor Outlet lost thousands of dollars in inventory because of looters right after the storm hit Sunday. Police say they've had a few reports of looting at homes and businesses.

Wouldn't happen in my neighborhood. The cops could take a break.
A county cop rolls through my town maybe once a week.
Hardly any reports of looting in the horrible AL and MI massive tornadoes, and the same for the one in Joplin, MO. Having such low down scum that would steal from storm victims is a blot on the reputation of Minneapolis. Looters should be shot.

I wonder if certain local am radio hosts still oppose “Castle Doctrine” in light of daylight looters?

I have relatives scattered in MN. Twenty years ago they were all atwitter about the new immigrants (Africans, Hmong, Mexicans) and how they just LOVED the diversification of their formerly traditional American communities. LU-U-UVED it! They don’t talk about loving it anymore—sore subject. People who refuse to assimilate must emigrate, otherwise a nation loses its identity.
