Hubby is an environmental lawyer who donated to the Kloppenberg campaign. Son is a bigwig at SEIU and has worked at the AFL-CIO. Judge Sumi is compromised and should have excused herself from this case.

Sumi is a union thug in a robe, but I don't think judges usually recuse themselves because of family members' ideology. Should Clarence Thomas recuse himself from ruling on Obamacare because his wife campaigned against it?

“This has gotten very tiring. And short of burning down the houses of all these activists and running them out of the State what else can be done? (I kid here)”

Stop kidding yourself.

What you have written may become the only way to “restore” what once was — that being, stable, sane, small government.

There may simply be no other way.

Either live with what they deal you.... or.... ????

Just sayin’...

She doesn’t. This will be rectified. Only in ‘The People’s Republik of Madistan’ would this even BE an issue.

My All Hallows Eve decor this year will be a cadre of life-like black-robed effigies swinging from my trees.

Isn’t this the same moron who ruled against Walker earlier? What a joke.

“Its telling - voided on procedural issue, not constitutionality ...

Just pass it again ...”

And they will just find another reason to void it.

I guess she didn’t notice the results of the Supreme Court election.

She's a Liberal, so she doesn't give a damn what the People said in any election.

"I bet she’s a liberal judge.

It's Dane County, WI. That is a very safe bet. It's slightly left of Moscow.

Vicky McKenna am 1310 Madison WNIB did a great job on explaining the situation on Thursday. Today WSAU am 550, which carries Rush, Sean, and Jerry ran an editorial backed the Sumi decision.

In addition WTMJ had Marquette law prof (also on WSAU) speculating the reason the bill was not being re-introduced was that it wouldn’t have the votes.

I viewed it as a procedural matter and felt that because the senate was already in session, recessed, when Fitzgerald called for an emergency session he was on solid ground for calling for a vote.

If I’m right and whether that will be considered is another matter. Tea Partiers and Walker supporters may have to sick to their guns .
