Chief Beck told reporters "the lineup went well", but refused to release any other details. He also stressed that Ramirez is the "prime suspect" and they are confident in their case against him.

Translation: The lineup failed.

In the photo the guy has a teardrop tatoo below his eye.

That is jailhouse symbolism for his claiming to have done a very serious crime. Possibly murder.
