How would you suggest the State of Texas enforce Sodomy Laws?
I mean besides the enforcing Sodomy taking place in public spaces, which is a no brainier that is should be enforced there. How would the state of Texas make sure that sodomy wasn’t taking place in people’s bedrooms?
Put cameras in everyone’s bedroom to make sure they are doing “it” in accordance to state laws?
I am curious how you would enforce anti-sodomy laws in people’s own property, wouldn’t doing so violate several amendments in the bill of rights?
