Thanks for the clarification. I truly didn’t pick up on any of that other stuff. My neice knows exactly how I feel. We have had long private discussions on the matter that I won’t go into here. My main point is that I love her and that God is her ultimate judge..not me. It’s an uneasy peace but the only one possible at this juncture because she is a grown woman.

When driving down the road at the posted limit, if a vehicle goes FLYING past, shaking your car, weaving all over the road and throwing beer cans out the window; do you think it's only the policeman's job to notice and try to stop them?
Many people do; and now there are signs along the road that, ahem, encourage folks to REPORT bad driving habits by dialing 911.
Since you believe that GOD will be her judge, I hope that in the conversations you've had (and won't go into here) that you've told her what GOD expects of us humans.
