After spending the day in Chicago fundraising, Mitt Romney sat down with small business owners at Gino's East, a pizza joint famous for their deep-dish pizza.
Not wanting any of the leftover slices to go to waste, Romney sent the remaining pies to where else but President Obama's Chicago reelection headquarters.
Asked if the pies actually made it to Obama's HQ, a campaign source said that they had.
In fact, Romney himself tweeted a photo of a delivery boy heading out with the loot, writing, "Great deep dish at @ginoseast. Sending the extra slices to @barackobama and his Chicago HQ team."
Presidential hopeful Tim Pawlenty also took a swipe at Obama today with this tweet: "@barackobama sorry to interrupt the European pub crawl, but what was your Medicare plan?"
The pizza thing went nowhere, but Pawlenty’s “sorry to interrupt the European pub crawl, but what was your Medicare plan?” is excellent.
You’re right. An ad incorporating the best FR posts attacking Zero would be effective and draw the ire of the Obmanistas. We should contribute to publishing one.
OK, anybody who knows you knows you don’t sleep in a tub in the marketplace, but you do think.
Ignore the names for a moment and pretend they’re just generic GOP candidates for President.
It is the tactic that matters. Nobody would swipe hard at Obama in 2008 until it was too late. You’ve got to bloody him starting now. It has to be public and it has to be personal.
What can Obama do? How can he respond? The actions/remarks are true and insulting, appropriately insulting. We have to think strategically if we’re to win.
The MSM, DNC and Obama have spent a lot of time, effort and money destroying Sarah Palin such to the effect that she has to reintroduce herself if she’s to be the nominee. We need to do that to Obama, only he cannot reintroduce himself. He’s over saturated and losing control of his own message.
That needs to become an avalanche. You’ve got to pin reality on him and keep doing it until it hurts. Obama is kid stuff, Obama is amateurish, Obama is a fool and his policies are dangerous.
We get it, but the mushy middle doesn’t. Had Romney really gotten it he’d have met with blacks in Chicago and promised DC style vouchers. The GOP won’t win Illinois, but you can suppress the black vote and force black leaders to refute what their base wants. That’s winning politics.
Think about it.

1. Demand Barky’s impeachment and removal from office for initiating a state of war against Libya without the approval of Congress in violation of the Constitution.
2. Demand Barky’s impeachment and removal from office for running a racist Justice Department in violation of the Equal Protection Clause as evidenced in the New Black Panther case.
3. Demand appointment of an independent counsel to find out what role Barky, Holder and their goons had in the Gunwalker scandal.
4. Demand that Barky release all of his college and passport records, have the birth certificate examined by a forensic expert and appoint an independent counsel with subpoena power to determine if he has defrauded the American people over his Constitutional eligibility.
That’s just off the top of my head.
Sending leftover pizza is something “good sport” losers like Dole or McCain would do while the Marxists are trying to rip the friggin’ throats out of people like Sarah Palin.
Right, Obama’s entire European trip is meant to make him “look” Presidential, yet he actually is the President. He’s that weak and he knows it.
Every GOPer needs to take up the ‘pub crawl’ mantra. Boehner should beg Obama to come back and lead.
He just lost his own budget vote 0-97 in the Senate. He’s a loser, but the Euro trip is his distraction. Pin that on him and hard.
That said, I do agree that Obama should be attacked forcefully, directly and constantly.

That's what I'm talking about. We cannot let our pundits and media personalities lead the way anymore. Our candidates need to pummel Obama - both on record and to the man directly. He's a loser and America will not tolerate a loser.
The media can only defend by lying, but the mantra breaks it out. Sarcasm cuts deeply and hard, particularly when it is true. There is no refutation and we destroy his reputation.

FR is a thin slice, though excellent, of the American political landscape. Our mockery of Obama must go mainstream.

Agreed. Romney's gesture just looks "chummy", whereas Pawlenty hits Obama on two fronts: 1) the "permanent vacation" mode he seems to be in, and 2) his habit of criticizing others without offering a reasonable alternative.

1 is effective because the Libya war is illegal and dumb policy. Obama cannot defend it. The MSM will try by trying to shift the meme to human suffering, but that will just make it worse for Obama because you can hit him with Iran, N Korea, Burma (Myanmar) and just about anywhere in Africa.
3 works very well because it is true and a real scandal. Our candidate must declare that he will investigate every illegality committed by the Obama Administration (he’s got to name them).
This will make the looniest libs nuts. It points out a major failing of Obama - they wanted him to arrest Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld et al. and send them to jail (or execution -their one exception to the death penalty are conservatives).
So you get gun owners and middle America, plus you suppress Obama’s base. Good, very good.

That is excellent, but this is a start. These guys are cowards, but if they’re willing to do it I’m saluting them.
We need to fire on all fronts at one person - Obama.
I’d follow up with every Midwestern disaster that Obama’s ignored. Obama’s the real racist. He isn’t for America, just his own lackeys.
