Did N.Y. Congressman Send Penis Photo to Student?
http://spectator.org/blog/2011/05/28/did-ny-congressman-send-penis ^

The Internet was abuzz Saturday after it was reported that Rep. Anthony Weiner had apparently sent a lewd photo to a Seattle-area college student.

The New York Democrat quickly asserted that his online accounts had been "hacked" after Andrew Breitbart's BigGovernment.com reported that Weiner's Twitter account was used to send the photo, which shows the pelvic area of a man in gray undershorts with his tumescent penis bulging.

Late Friday night, a public message from Weiner's Twitter account (@RepWeiner) included a link to the penis photo, posted on the YFrog.com photo-sharing network. That message was directed to a Twitter account identified as belonging to 21-year-old Gennette Nicole Cordova, a student at Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, Washington.

Caches of Cordova's Twitter messages appeared to show that on April 9 she sent a message: "I wonder what my boyfriend @RepWeiner is up to right now." One of her friends on Twitter remarked the next day that Cordova's "crush" on the congressman was "cute." In one of his Twitter messages Friday announcing an appearance on the MSNBC cable network, Weiner made a joking reference to what time the show could be seen in Seattle.

Cordova's Twitter and Facebook accounts were deleted Saturday -- "Very odd," New York reporter Liz Benjamin remarked -- and the YFrog account that included the penis photo was also deleted. Media critic Lee Stranahan speculates on the motives for those deletions. While Weiner has made flippant references on Twitter to what was quickly dubbed "WeinerGate," he has made no explanation of how the "hacking" took place. Attempts to reach the congressman's press office were unsuccessful, blogger/talk-radio personality Peter Ingemi reported Saturday evening.

THE CORDOVA FAMILY
THE SEATTLE TIMES - Sunday, July 8, 1990
The Cordova Family

— Mom and dad: Dorothy Laigo and Fred Cordova met while studying sociology at Seattle University, and later were married 37 years ago.

Then they were but two. Now when Dorothy, Fred, their eight children, spouses and 11 grandchildren convene, there’s can be a crowd of up to 24.

— The family: Dorothy and Fred, second-generation Filipinos; their children, Anthony, Damian, Timoteo, Sha, Margarita, Dominic, Dion and Bibiana, who range in age from 37 to 24. All live in Seattle except Margarita, who resides in New York.

— Who they are: Dorothy is executive director of the Demonstration Project for Asian Americans, a community-based historical research and advocacy group. Fred is a manager of information services at the University of Washington. Thirty-three years ago they helped found Filipino Youth Activities. The Filipino American National Historical Society was Dorothy’s brainchild. Fred is the author of ``Filipinos: Forgotten Asian Americans.’’ Fred also is co-chairing Immaculate Conception parish’s centennial, which is next year. Their children are involved in a variety of occupations including custom brokerage, youth services, culinary industry, real estate, credit and the U.S. Census Bureau.

— When and where they convene: Every Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m., as many Cordovas as possible gather at Fred and Dorothy’s Montlake residence, which has been home for 26 years. Dorothy prepares a main dish and everyone else brings something for dinner. The Cordovas also have holiday celebrations and gatherings for weddings, baptisms and other family events.

— Understatement: ``We do not live an isolated life,’’ Fred says.

A number of their grandchildren have lived in the Montlake home.

— Ethnicity: When someone marries into the Cordova family, regardless of their own heritage, they’ve joined the Filipino community, in Fred’s view. He does insist on one thing: Every grandchild’s mother’s maiden name becomes a part of that child’s name.

Wonder if any of the Soros termite organizations are involved in funding these groups.

I trust, for the next 18 months, we can throw this up ANY time the dying media tries to smear a Republican
///
why? this is minor. (just funny).
Congress got rid of England, but there is a waiting list of actual criminal Democrats.
(and how is what Barney Frank did, getting his boyfriends jobs, any different than what England did?)
...we don’t need this for 18 months. there will be plenty more!!!

...as for your comment about layers and photoshop...
1) they did a LOT more than that. on many official documents, including the Selective Service from.
2) more importantly, look at the coverage, of the incredible scrubbing going on. just over one photo.
the coed’s name is even being removed from newspaper articles she wrote:

#Weinergate update: Coed being scrubbed from Google.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2726664/posts?page=1

amazing how fast the scrubbing occurred.

this shows clearly what they are capable of, in the area of scrubbing and hiding documents and fraud, and how quickly, even for a relative minor reason.

Fred and Dorothy Cordova

Filipino Youth Association;
Filipino American National Historical Society
Fred and Dorothy Cordova have been involved in Filipino American activism since the 1950s. They began promoting Filipino American identity at a young age with student publications and organizations at Seattle University (see 1953 edition of Bamboo: The Filipino People in American Life). They later formed and directed the Filipino Youth Association (FYA), with activities ranging from soccer to dancing and marching. The FYA became an important force for organizing demonstrations in the 1960s and 1970s.

Dorothy Cordova also served as Director for the Demonstration Project for Asian Americans (DPAA), which conducted a wide variety of studies on the problems Asian Americans faced in the 1970s. Through the DPAA, she collected research and oral histories. After the DPAA closed in the early 1980s, the Cordovas moved their work to a new organization they had created called the Filipino American National Historical Society (FANHS), which they still run today.

FANHS now has nearly two dozen chapters around the United States. In Seattle, it houses the National Pinoy Archives (NPA), which is one of the largest collections on Filipino American history anywhere. It includes materials on more than 9000 individuals and approximately 1500 organizations throughout the United States.

Fred and Dorothy Cordova agreed to share their memories of a lifetime of activism in a videotaped interview conducted by James Gregory and Micah Ellison on January 12, 2005. To the right are streaming-video excerpts, each about a minute in length, in windows media format. A high speed connection is recommended for viewing them.

If the photo was taken with a smartphone, someone more technical than I can figure out where the photo was taken.

Yeah, he's obviously lying.

The photo metadata can show who and where the photo was taken. Newer camera also encode geolocation into the image as well.

The girl also started to delete everything about herself right after this happened. She also called him "her boyfriend."
