Post # 6 was NOT written by me, it was written by FReeper Bray. I agreed to post Bray’s Sunday posting after others had wondered about its “topicalness” in the overall thread.

Anyway, I want to be sure EVERYONE knows all credit to the “Sunday Morning Bray”, as we’re calling it, goes to BRAY!

West: Their plan is to raise the rate to 62% top bracket. When brackets were reduced, revenues actually increased.
