The caliphate was possible when Arabs were still on tents and fighting against each other. Now, let’s say, it’s very different.
The Congress needs to slam its foot down about giving money WHICH WE DO NOT HAVE away to people whom we DO NOT KNOW.
The days for that kind of largesse are long gone.
