After a 20-month investigation, the various department involved could have simply arrested everyone and then searched their homes and storage units immediately thereafter. Nowhere near dramatic enough. As it now stands no one has been charged!
Now it turns out that the SWAT wasn't even the Sheriff Department's? Local yokel Barney Fifes in their Halloween SWAT outfits?
What happened, Doll, is that Barney Fife 'A', the "Shield Man," tripped and fell as he entered the front door. The other ani clustered behind him thought he had been shot and opened up with their SWAT M 16's, or if they read the right SWAT Magazines and catalogs, their H&K carbines. Spraying 70 shots down the hall, hitting Guerena 22 times and leaving 50 rounds going through the house.. It is a miracle only one member in the family was killed.
This is a disgrace that will lead to more deaths of both wrongly targeted victims and police officers who one night will find their raid countered by accurate fire from homeowners who have no idea who thee invaders are. This SWAT Trend must be curbed.
Or perhaps worse all the way around, find their 'raid' countered by accurate fire from homeowners who know who they are, but no longer think of them as "the good guys", and not without cause...

Amazing the wife and little boy did not get shot with all the bullets flying throughout that house? And to think this all started with a clumsy oaf falling?
Did Dupnik admit it? If true, the cover-up is much worse than the event that triggered this mess. It would explain the silence and delays about releasing the text of the search warrant.
