I did’nt see that it required those currently getting welfare to be tested, only those applying for it.
All welfare recipiants should be drug tested the 3rd day of every month.
If they know when they will be tested, they will get clean for the test. Not sure this is anything but an attempt to make Scott look good. It has already been found unconstitutional in Michaigan and I am pretty sure Scott knows that.
