We lived in Africa for many years.
When we returned to the states our kids ended up in majority (90+%) black public schools. After one of our daughters was bumped (by two black girls fighting each other) and fell down stairs, my wife started questioning our 10 year old son about conditions at school.
“Do the other children respect you?” (He was the only white child in the class)
“Mom, they don’t respect me, they don’t respect the teacher, they don’t respect each other and they don’t respect themselves. Someone ought to put them on a plane and send them back to Africa where they can learn some manners!”
Our children were used to living with Africans who usually behaved in a very civilized manner. Our son was the first white child ever seen in the tribe with whom we lived. At college he was made an honorary member of the African Students Association. He is not in the least “racist”.
BTW, I have heard his sentiments echoed by recent Black immigrants from Africa.
Much of the cohesive, moral framework of American Black culture has been destroyed by government programs. These recent “Flash Mobs” are the product of the “Great Society” programs, Affirmative Action, a lack of equal accountability, and an “I get a free pass because of racism” mentality.
It is the result of 50 years of government & society reinforcing the worst aspects of a CULTURE.

That's an ENORMOUSLY important point. The urban American 'blacks' engaged in the sort of racist criminal violence we're talking about have been brought up wrong and trained to do worse, over multiple generations. It's not a genetic problem; they're people, not animals. It's a culture problem, and their culture is terminally degraded.
In other words it's an inevitable product of rampant Liberalism.
Can you provide any statistics on crime in africa, the land where slavery is still practiced, the incidence of venereal disease is the highest in the world, and cannibalism was a custom not more than a decade or two ago?
