This is against the “FEDERAL LAW” libs are always trumpeting. If the illegals HAVE NOT SIGN UP OR HAVE AVOIDED SIGNING UP FOR SELECTIVE SERVICE AS REQUIRED, they are denied aid and may be denied citizenship.
I know this is state, but the libs will flaunt the Federal when it suits them and “states rights” when it suits them.
For example, the Health Savings Account laws. California is one of only like 4 states that does not recognize HSAs as tax-advantaged health plans. The Dims don’t seem to be bothered that California is not “in line with Federal law” in that case. They are tyrants.
