If independents aren’t attracted to a fighter and a known ‘We the People” candidate - there is nothing ‘independent’ about them. Big gov’t wusses would suit them better.
Problem....the term "independent" means they follow no known party affiliation and are not registered to vote as either a dem/lib/prog/pop or a rino/repub/conserv/tpartyer.
Mrs. Palin will need AT LEAST 70% of those independents who do vote to vote for her. At LEAST 70%.
The independents will control the 2012 election. And staying home not voting for a conservative candidate will be as harmful as if they'd gone to the polls and voted FOR the stain.
