I have another idea.

Why don’t we let the people in other countries solve their own problems , with their own funds, and we keep our opinions and our funds for Americans who need help?

YAY for common sense. Third worlders have had enough time to pull themselves out of their self-dug holes. If they want to deplete their resources and kill themselves off in the process, they should have at it; it would help keep those lacking survival instincts and the the more stupid people from breeding.
