One can hope that he repented. (I doubt it, but I can hope.)
He needs our prayers, certainly, now more than ever.
It’s too late for that. If he did not repent before he drew his last breath, he has met Jesus for the final judgment.
Your prayers now will do no good. He has met his Maker and received his just rewards.
