The ideology of the Left is a religion, and like a religion many of its zealots absolutely KNOW, with all certainty, that their view is just and their opponents unjust, and like religious zealots - like Al Queda and the Talibvan, they BELIEVE they have an absolute moral obligation to take on any behavior at all to try to achieve their aims - the ends justifies the means.
