The latest studies in criminal psychology are finding that some people, the ones who commit the majority of violent crimes, have different brain structures. For example, words with heavy emotional meaning, such as ‘blood’ and ‘rape’ that cause activity in one part of the normal person’s brain illicit no response in the violent prone individual. Such people require a much higher level of activity to get a response from their brains.

And this brain difference is found in children by the age of 3 or 4. I would bet that this young monster is one of those with abnormal brain function.

The question then becomes, if we can determine by age 5 that someone is prone to violent behavior, should we do something? And if so, what??

That's not even a legitimate question. Brain structure or not, everyone is still innocent until proven guilty. The potential for violent behavior is just that potential. Some will live up to their potential and others won't.
