Beaming baby mama Rielle Hunter -- seen here holding Frances Quinn, her love child with John Edwards, yesterday -- remains hush-hush about her future with the philandering former presidential candidate.
As more details emerged on the $900,000 in campaign cash Edwards allegedly misused to cover up their affair, the 47-year-old Hunter was tight-lipped about reports she plans to resume the romance and eventually marry the indicted Edwards.
"Don't believe everything you read," she laughed, as she posed with Frances, 2, near her Charlotte, NC, home.
Hunter and Edwards, 57, "raise their daughter together and see each other quite often," her spokeswoman told The Post.

I keep thinking in all these recent “love child” stories how grateful I am that the children weren’t aborted. These are beautiful children and DO deserve to live, despite the scandal their parents created by bringing them forth. That is the one area of credit and praise that I do give the parents: they didnt kill their children in their efforts to cover up their scandals.
Why do they call these unfortunate children (ie; Swartszenigger) ‘love child’.
Seems to me a better term would be ‘lust child’.

My guess is that discovering her father is the scum of the earth, deserting her mother for a ditzy blonde new-age whore whilest her own mother is dying a painful, horrible death alone from cancer would likely be causing some stress in her life. I don’t envy her situation. She’s been named custodian of the younger children as I understand it.
Funny thing, Edwards probably had $900K of his own money to have made this affair a non-issue (well, Elizabeth would have had a problem, I guess).

What a guy! And...save for the common sense of most of the American electorate, one can only imagine what we'd have done had there been an algore or "family man" in the presidency.
