If I had joined up before the Government forced the perverts on the military I would sue the Government for forcing me to work with perverts.

No one will be able to do or say anything about it, because the military will be overly protective of the butt bandits to prove how this new way will work. They will also promote butt bandits over others just because of their butt banditry just as the army promoted females ahead of more qualified males in the mid 70s.
They need to allow people to opt out with full benefits given that the Government has significantly changed the deal on them.

Many of these people joined the military when certain standards were in effect. A unilateral change in those standards represents a breach of the contract under which those persons joined the military.
There is an opt out: You can get out when your enlistment is up. I predict a lot of people will do that, not re-enlist. Meantime, for those unfortunate people fighting a war, who are forced to jump into a foxhole with a couple of perverts... Ever heard of fragging? It’d take about two seconds to decide.
The Marine is upholding his contract with the military. However, the military is not reciprocating it to the Marine. Instead he is being told too bad.

This LGBT agenda is being pushed in our military, schools, radio, t.v., music, music videos, magazines, and virutally everywhere one turns.
I am sad for the future of Truth, our counrty, our children and our world.
This Marine should have known better than to ask. Should servicemembers have the privilege to annul their contracts simply because of a legal change with which they disagree? Or because of a perceived grievance that the DoD “changed the deal” on them? When you sign the contract, you agree to subject yourself to policies you might not like (even ones not yet in effect); the best you can do is to serve out your contract honorably and vote different candidates into office.
The “Old Line” non coms are still in charge and they can make life miserable for the DADT’ers especially when it comes to assignments.
Good luck with those re-ups, Secy Gates, Prez Obama and all you Dems in Congress who thought this was such a great idea.
