I wonder if this is one of those states where companies are moving out of the state for better states

Is it a right to work state or a unionize state? Is it a state that believes in high taxes for companies and/or high income taxes?

Louisiana is a right-to-work state in which approximately 85% of the work force is non-unionized. I can’t speak to the tax situation per se but they used to have a personal income tax but it was very low if I remember correctly.

Right to work state. Not too many unions here, but some.
