Is this the Kris Kobach suit citing a 1996 federal law?

It’s good to see that the court finds something the Feds shouldn’t be involved in.

I agree.

However, I hope someone remembers the separation of state and federal powers when California asks for Federal aid.

It's a crazy world.

If you are born and raised in America, a legal American from another state you must pay higher out of state tuition fees, but if you are in America and California illegally, you get the much lower in state tuition fees.

The problem with California committing suicide,is that it was at one point of the great states of this country. And the liberals aren’t going to stick around to reap what they’ve sown,a lot of them are parasites/leftists from other countries who got kicked out for slightly obvious reasons.

They will aim to continue their lifestyles in other States.Other places will suffer much like California.

as maddening as it is, what a particular state wants to charge various students for tuition at it’s colleges is probably not a Federal issue.

These are persons in the country illegally. If allowed to attend, they should at least be charged out-of-state tuition.

This policy is sick.

but neither do I want a second class citizenry that is allowed to live here, but that can’t vote “

IMO, this is another step in allowing the illegals to vote.
