This decision to take this case must be looked at carefully because there is potential for the left to demagogue this issue and in so doing try to discredit the conservative members of the court.

Somehow I don't think that Thomas or Scalia will lose much sleep over it.

So what! If the justices decided cases on whether or not someone was going to demagogue an issue, they'd never decide anything. Better that they just do the right thing as they see it, and let the chips fall where they may.

They didn't take the case. They sent it back to the appeals court, and told them to reconsider while taking into account the recent AZ decision.

Yeah, like that would be a first.

And that is why they have lifetime tenure. They are where the buck stops on deciding what is law and what isn't. The Supremes need not worry about lefty demagogues who continuly come and go over the years. Go ahead you illegal alien apologist boot lickers, whine and wail away all you want.

1. They will demagogue this and other issues regardless. They already have the AZ ruling.

2. They will try to discredit the conservative members of the Court, regardless. That’s what they do. They don’t really need issues. They just make stuff up and the old media reports it as breaking news.
