Previously, they just said that full meltdown at reactor #1 and partial meltdown at reactor #2 and #3. Now they say that all three were in full meltdown. Besides, this is now official government announcement, which gives added weight.
I heard that #4 was the one with “MOX”, something that is worse than the others. Are they leaving #4 out of this assessment because they don’t yet want to admit that it is as bad?
