“Racist” has always worked in the past, so they keep using it.

It’s much better than having to defend why you don’t want to make sure every vote cast is valid, or to admit that the ‘rat’s margin of victory is often the margin of fraud.

I work in a bank. Trust me, even people on SSDI have ID...this is a ridiculous accusation. The only people who occasionally don’t are the very old, who, no longer driving, haven’t renewed their license or state ID. And yes, I have had to refuse to help them if nobody in the branch can affirm their identity.

Some people on FR suggest that pointing out that 40+% of all crimes committed in the USA are committed by Blacks is racist.

Some facts are demeaning....Blacks are 12.9% of the population but committ 40+% of crimes is demeaning and probably why many don't want to be identified.

47% of the residents of Detroit and New Orleans cannot read or write. Is this demeaning?

Don’t most whites who are working for agencies look down on blacks who got affirmative action jobs and arent affirmative action jobs demeaning?

How many have worked in Government jobs and seen blacks promoted who got promoted merely because they needed blacks in supervisory positions?

Isn’t it demeaning that the thought can arise whether it is true or not, because of the system and how it has happened before?

Does anyone really believe that Obama wasn’t an affirmative action election and got elected because blacks thought it was their time and white guilt said the same?

His qualifications speak for themselves.

“Do most of those on the left really think less of black Americans?”

A resounding “YES” to that question. The left, black and white, treats blacks as children: they need to be told whom to vote for, need to be told what’s good for them, need to be coaxed to good behavior by being given things, are not expected to excel in any capacity beyond sports, are provided myriad excuses for every personal failing. When will black Americans wake up to these facts?

These days, it seems that every attempt to ensure that the law is observed/followed/enforced is decried as racist.

Does it follow from this that certain races are lawless?

All I could think was: How can a grown man in America today say "they isn't" rather than "they aren't"?

It happens to me from time to time. If I'm talking extemporaneously, my brain is often a few seconds ahead of my mouth and I can trip up on things like subject/verb agreement.

This doesn't disprove the rest of the article, but a single malapropism is hardly an indication of an individual's or society's failure at education. (Of course, in the case of an NBA player, it's not unreasonable to extrapolate to that conclusion from a single data point. )

Meanwhile, California legislature members have passed legislation which will give ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS (INTRUDERS) In State college tuition.

It has already survived one court challenge.

How to go broke in 10 easy steps includes the further pandering of illegals.

Give them in-state status to attend college & you will find that they will be given the right to vote next.

Kiss your wallet & your country goodbye.

I have been called a racist to my face a few times in the last few years...

I have two responses to that accusation, one I recently thought to be appropriate for most ALL situations...

The one Ihad for years, and still rely upon when I am called a racist is:

“Oh, I see, by the way, have you met my wife, the love of my life for 18 years, the former Miss Morales of Pasadena, Texas???”

The second and more recent response is more direct, and one that might escalate the situation, depending upon the intelligence level of the accuser:

“Screw YOU!!! You’re the RACIST for bringing it up!!!”

But in hindsight, you look back at all the playground retorts we have heard when we were younger and the one that sticks out the most is:

“I’m rubber, you’re glue!!!”
