The 2008 college students will be the 2012 unemployed graduates. Eating mom's cooking after you should be out on your own isn't all that cool.
I think they would be happy eating mom's cooking. The problem is, mom has had to switch to cheaper cuts of meat and lower quality ingredients because of rising food prices exponentially increased by skyrocketing fuel costs.
