(Is there something I don't know about Herman Cain? He seems too good to be true...)
('Scuse me, Herman if you're not. We the People have become paranoid, jaded, and cynical. I'm sure you understand why. And if you're for real--even the sky's not the limit!)
Pain/Cain has a nice ring to it...followed in a few years by CAIN 2020.
Cain won’t win. If he does, 4 more years, for Obama.
By that logic, Ron Paul is a top contender, being tied with Cain. Unfortunately, the Rueters/Ipsos website doesn't have this poll posted as I write this, so I can't look at the overall numbers or internals, but I imagine that 7% is well within the margin of error of most of the rest of the field.
Except for Romney and Palin. Now admittedly I don't put much stock in polling this far out, but this does seem to confirm what a lot of people have been saying -- this is a Romney/Palin matchup, and everyone else is running for VP. At least right now. Still a long time until any votes are cast...
Cain may be a good man, but his speeches tend to run to emulating a good time rock and roller, relapsing into rap.
When he said the 2012 race was his to lose, IMO, his ego far out weighs his actual standing.
