Weiner says he's not resigning, but Weiner is a liar. Does this mean he's resigning?

Nixon was a lair too, so we rejoiced when he proclaimed that he was never going to resign. Then he did, of course, because he was a compulsive lair too.

Then again, Nixon was a Republican.
