If true, this book contains the smoking gun we've been looking for about who and what caused the economic meltdown of 2008.
It may become required reading for every Tea Partier.

Sorry, but 95% of the U.S. is glued to Wiener, and other trivialities.
Let them have... Bread!
and...
Circuses!
It worked in Rome, right up until the end. Likely, it will here too.

Nice, but the trail has already been laid and not many followed. Can I get that in a sitcom? oh wait, that would be a resounding NO!!!

My concern is that there are so many Republicans currently in office who knew full well this was going on, and did nothing to stop it. And they will not use this as an election tool to throw out the Democrat crooks, because they are accessories.
My hope is that we can nominate an "outsider" that will use this information to begin the long process of cleaning house inside the Beltway.
I currently like Herman Cain, but will keep an open mind to the possibility of some other "outsider" who can save America from the "Federal Government Leviathan"

The easiest job in the world will be writing adds for the GOP this next election cycle. The question is, will the GOP use any of the good ones?

Not news to many of us here at FR, and unlikely to be made news by the media since it points a finger at the Democrats. And the GOP will most likely sit on their hands, sadly.

Most all us Freepers new much of this story but the GOP is too ineffective to get any message out, even a simple message such as the 2003 tax cuts were not just for the rich.
I don’t hold my breath for the GOP to get this message out.

I think I am quit capable of focusing on more than one thing at a time. Just because you aren't interested in Weiner’s corruption doesn't mean the rest of us can't be.
Just because it involves his private parts doesn't make it any less corrupt and dishonest.

Perhaps the difference now is:
(1) This is documented by a NYT reporter, previously it was too easy for the left to call just a right wing conspricy theory
(2) The Tea Party is in full swing. There are now millions of citizens involved and willing to push the story from the bottom up

“crickets from the GOP.” If you dig deep enough you’ll find some high level RINOs had their hands in this mess too. Kick the career politicians out.

And who was in charge of the housing HAMP bail-out?
Fannie. Who was much more interested in using the program to churn millions in mod fees, than in saving homes.
To: Brookhaven
Well, the more the ‘arrogant one’ appears in the news, the more we are distracted from what’s really important. I hope he stays on and they drag it out, but jobs, the economy, national security, the border, etc. is being slighted by the media (who’da guessed?)...
