Traci Nobles, 34, a physical education teacher and cheerleading coach, also shared racy Facebook messages with the married lawmaker who is facing mounting pressure to resign.
The story was first reported Wednesday by the Las Vegas Sun, which received a screenshot of a Facebook private message conversation in which Weiner called Nobles "baby," and she called him "sexy."
The Nevada newspaper's Washington correspondent explained she was looking though Weiner's Facebook page on Monday - when the New York Democrat held a press conference admitting he had online flings with six women - and came across risqué comments posted by Nobles.
"I sent Ms. Nobles a Facebook message asking if she was one of the women who had been in private touch with Weiner," Karoun Demirjian said Thursday.
"At the time, she said no, she was just a 'foul-mouthed fan,' " Demirjian said. "But Wednesday morning, I received the screen shot of the conversation between her and Weiner, which she later told me was sent by her friend from her account without her knowledge."
Nobles explained that a roommate had gone onto her Facebook page, which she accidentally left open, and emailed a screen shot of a private conversation between Weiner and herself, Demirjian said.
"I really regret that this was sent to you," Nobles told the Sun. "(The roommate) thought someone should know," Nobles told the newspaper.
Nobles could not be reached for comment Thursday, and her Facebook page apparently had been deleted.
She taught physical education and coached cheerleading at Athens Academy from 2003 to 2008, according to the school's headmaster, Bob Chambers.
"Traci did an excellent job when she was with us," Chambers said, adding that he hadn't been in contact with her for at least a couple of years.
She's now with the Young Women's Christian Organization in Athens, according to the group's executive director, Kitty Meyran.
Nobles' sudden celebrity hasn't caused any distractions at Athens Academy, Chambers said.
"You're the first to call about her," he said in a telephone interview with the Banner-Herald early Thursday.
Meyran wouldn't say if the YWCO had been affected by any fallout from the political controversy.
"Traci does work for us, but as a matter of professional courtesy we do not discuss personnel issues," Meyran said.
Weiner for days would neither confirm nor deny that he had sent a photo of a man's crotch in underwear via Twitter.
After suggesting he'd been hacked, Weiner did a sudden about-face at Monday's press conference, tearfully apologizing to his family and constituents.
The portions of the online chat session made available to the Sun shows Weiner and Nobles flirting with each other.
"Sup sexy," Nobles wrote, to which the congressman responded, "Hey sugar."
In another posting in December on Weiner's official Facebook page, Nobles wrote that she had just donated money to a Democratic Party fundraising committee.
"Just contributed to ActBlue, Weiner. You and your balls use it wisely :)," Nobles said.
In another post a few days later, Noble told the feisty Democrat, "Weiner! Way to stand your ground sexy! Keep it up like I know you can! Heart you, heart your passion, and as always, heart your balls!"
Weiner - who's wife of one year is pregnant - has said he won't resign, but a handful of his fellow Democrats already were publicly encouraging him to take that step Thursday.
anyone who says Tony is sexy must be an even bigger liar than the congressDork.
In Greek?
“Weiner - who’s wife of one year is pregnant “
which means this creep will be a dad. Poor kid.
I guess a cheerleading cheer about Weinergate would go like this:
“We’ve got the Congressman, and we’ve got the guts,
We’ve got Weiner by the nuts,
Pull, Team, Pull!
(Based on a real high school cheer from the 1960’s in Baltimore)
Geez, these women are disgusting.
Weve got spirit, weve got guts. Weve got Poly by the nuts, pull team pull.
Thanks to another freeper for the reference!
Unfortunately, the image of an entire football team pulling Tony’s you-know-what will never be erased from my mind.
Isn’t the stupid slut a newly-wed?
At what point could the weenie devote anytime to his constituents other than sexting them? Were all his decisions based on sex?
Probably, its the Democratic way, ya know? They are the party of, for and about sex,
The guy is a magnet for neurotic, stupid, loser lib chicks.
I’m City, Class of June 62. We had Dooley destroying Poly with his running.
Glad you recognized the mutation.
Still a great cheer. We used it at a home game at City in the fall of 1961.
Berkely vs USC football cheer
Trojans burst under pressure!
“The guy is a magnet for neurotic, stupid, loser lib chicks.”
still, I expected better from Kirsten Powers and Jon Stewart.
That’s what I was wondering. All of this “sexting” must have taken enormous amounts of time. But yet he’s “too busy” working for the “American people” and can’t answer any more questions.

Oh, and it's Athens, GEORGIA. You have to do detective work to find that out.
