Editorial: Media's Bias On Display In Hate Of Palin
IBD Editorial ^ | June 10, 2011 | Staff

'Journalism': The New York Times and Washington Post have asked their readers' help in scouring 24,000 emails from Sarah Palin's governorship, released Friday. They hate her — really hate her.

Imagine a newspaper in 2008 asking readers' help in perusing Barack Obama's emails as U.S. senator and Illinois state senator. Or for that matter, help in unearthing his college records. The howls from "mainstream" journalists and Democratic politicians would have been deafening.

But a private citizen conducting a bus tour across the country — Palin is not a candidate, let's not forget — is fair game for a mob witch hunt.

The Post told its readers "we're looking for some help ... to analyze, contextualize and research" Palin's emails, released after Freedom of Information Act requests, "right alongside Post reporters over the days following the release."

The paper asked for recruits for "100 spots for people who will work collaboratively in small teams to surface the most important information from the emails," open to anyone with an online computer.

As for the "Newspaper of Record," "Times reporters will be in Juneau, the state capital, to begin the process of reviewing the emails," the paper's "Caucus" blog said Thursday. "We're asking readers to help us identify interesting and newsworthy emails, people and events that we may want to highlight." A "simple form" was provided to readers to do so.

The twin anti-Palin projects are telling in a number of ways — with other papers, like the Los Angeles Times and Britain's Guardian, catching their own cases of Palin email fever.

No one can link to any database of Obama’s emails during his 7 years of being a State senator.

Nor are there any MSM articles asking for them.

Having found nothing in the emails, now the liberals are upset and faulting Sarah for not having requested redaction of the emails and docs!

The MSM has made it abundantly clear - They MUST destroy Sarah Palin AT ALL COSTS. They have done everything but just blurt it out.

They don't give a rip about ROmney, Pawlenty, Daniels, no one in the GOP. Except Palin. THey are SCARED TO DEATH of her. Shaking, quaking, desperately sweating fear.

For all of you Palin Doubters, make no mistake. This is the one candidate they fear more than anything else.

Sarah, what is best in life?

To crush liberal media, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their readers.

Surely there are 100 civic-minded FReepers willing to help out the poor Washington Post.

When it came time to support a candidate for political office, I always learned who the Long Island horse set supported and would support just about anyone else.

I have always liked Sarah Palin but had a few reservations about her electability (I thought the same about Ronald Reagan). Well today, I have become a die hard Palin supporter. When she received the Republican VP nomination, the MSM chartered planes to fly to Alaska to dig up anythin they could about her. Even our “old friend” Ed Schultz went up there. When Obama ran the MSM did not flood South Chicago.

That may be the first quintuple post I’ve ever seen.

I say that’s something to be proud of.

“When Obama ran the MSM did not flood South Chicago.”

Shoot, they practically evacuated all media personnel from the area.

I do that with the St Petersberg Times.

Anyone they support, I support their opposition.

At first I could not believe that historic world-class news publishers would do such a horribly personal thing against a woman.

Then I thought, “Golly, look at who the leaders are. The biggest names in journalism. It’s a conspiracy.”

I have never seen the media do anything so sleazy against a fellow American.....It is apalling.

Shame on the “free press”.

The beauty of Sarah is that she transcends the MSM and tells the truth. That, after the utter and complete disaster of the Wizzard of BOZ, is a winner.
Romney is warmed over BOZ.
The rest are all inside the beltway Bozos.
It is time to take the USA back to where is needs to be, in the hands of a spitfire Mother with an undying love of LIBERTY. And SHOWS IT!

Besides, she is hot.

Imagine what we might have learned if these “news” agencies had brought this same exuberance to uncovering was written in the 2800 pages of Obamacare.
