Dubya, a good man, wasn’t Conservative enough.

I heard today that Bush signed the law that requires 40% of the Nation’s corn yield go towards ethanol production. Conservative?

George Bush was not conservative enough. Moreover, he never stated the conservative message, which is even more important.
