Right click on the picture (it must me stored on the internet) then click on "Copy Link Location" in the menu which just popped up.
Start to Post a comment.
In the "your reply" window in FR type the following text in between "<" and ">" brackets:
img src=" [now hit Ctrl-P to paste the Link Location you've just copied] "
