The United States gave Netanyahu an ultimatum on renewing negotiations with the Palestinians, according to reports cited by Israel Radio Sunday morning.
According to the ultimatum, Netanyahu has to decide within a month whether he agrees to accept US President Barack Obama's platform and resume talks based on 1967 lines.
Meanwhile, Netanyahu was expected to travel to Italy on Sunday where he will meet his Italian counterpart Silvio Berlusconi

My first thought is I’m at a loss for words.
The rationale for Obama’s behavior makes about as much sense as calling in a septic tank laborer to be an on the job substitute for a brain surgeon.
The problem is His Assholeness is the president of the most powerful nation on Earth. Tough to ignore that.
I agree Tony Blair probably doesn’t have the cold-blooded diabolicalnature of Shaw et al., but he managed to do a lot of damage with his earnest schoolboy demeanor as well. (There’s that wolf in sheep’s clothing thingy!)
One of the lowest things he did was his shabby treatment of General Pinochet when he came to England for medical treatment near the end of his life. It was absolutely shameful.
As I stated on another thread ... Something “very bad” is going to come upon this fool ... and I wager you that the “event” occurs very soon. He is digging himself a deep hole, into which he will be summarily tossed—and the dirt thrown unceremoniously atop his treasonous carcass.
Let him do so... and I truly hope he makes a bold attempt, because THEN that will be the excuse the militias and patriots need to put a decisive end to this communist farce.

Old Glory is our nation's flag, and it deserves respect. Such symbolism trivializes our flag. Americans supporting Israel is a cause all well and good; but placing the Star of David on the American flag is just not right.
