I suspect Hussein Obama wants Bibi to formally refuse his ultimatum so he can blame the breakdown in negotiations on Israel/Jews. ...and blame entire Mideast problem on them as well. Obama knows full well that if Bibi accepts his ultimatum, negotiations will break down anyway after the inevitable Arab terrorist attacks. Then the Arabs will be the obvious culprits -- something Obama hopes to avoid. Either way, negotiations will break down.

That is the game so far. Israel usually concedes to negotiate knowing the cease fires and basic conditions will never be met...but they naively pretend each and every time that it’s risk free. Yet, slowly they have been chiseled into this dire predicament.
