COMMENTARY | The mainstream media is consistently manipulated by Sarah Palin. The same Sarah Palin they criticize for being dimwitted is beating the news media at their own game. The release of more than 24,000 pages of emails by the Alaska governor's office is just the latest incident Palin has orchestrated to once again keep he name in the news without committing to run in 2012.
The 24,000 plus pages of emails released to the press Friday were in printed form as reported by Yahoo! News. The release of the emails was an embarrassing feeding frenzy as media outlets loaded up more than six large boxes containing the emails. The press had requested release of the emails when Palin accepted the nomination to run as the vice presidential nominee on John McCain's ticket for his 2008 failed presidential run.
Palin is taking advantage of the media's obsession with her private emails and using the situation to promote herself as the CEO of Alaska during her reign as governor. Palin is also using the media's obsession to promote her new documentary, "The Undefeated."
The last several months the media is now addicted to Palin and they cannot resist the temptation to continue their 24 hour coverage of her every move. It is a curious obsession that is gaining Palin political clout she would never have experienced. The media covers Palin now for the simple reason that she drives ratings and creates buzz by the mere mention of her name.

“....Embarrassing Mainstream Media”

What again?
The openly propagandizing CommieMedia is an ongoing, daily embarrassment to the “profession” of journalism.
But there is no media bias.................
This I do not know.

Before flaming, please read the tagline...
Some people are too stupid to be ashamed.
** We might have to treat them with latex gloves **
And how’s this for serendipity... now that those emails are out and made public, people who do take the time to read them will see for themselves that Palin actually was a good governor and a competent administrator. LOL
There are no journalists. Since the 70s J-schools have been producing political advocates. All liberal/progressive all the time. They see their job as bringing down US nationalism and urging one world government.
They lie about everything in the name of enhancing their dogma. They are a new type of religious zealot.
Not that a OLM hack like Jacobs will ever even read this, but is there a factual basis for this allegation? So far as I know, the release of the information was on Alaska Government Standard Time with which Gov. Palin has no connection, other than she probably knows a number of people in the government. We shouldn't let any instance of push comment to pass by without at least pointing it out.
Is the media requesting copies of Gov. Romney’s e-mails, too?
Probably not.
These people are easily amused...when it comes to Gov. Palin.
Where's the mega hurl alert? The author blames Palin for all the attention on her!!! As if she was responsible for filing a FOIA on herself and, yes she acted as CEO of the country's largest state because she was!
Of course there is no media bias. Look at how they relentlessly pursued 0bama’s academic records and how they called for volunteers to dissect Romney’s e-mails from when he was governor of Taxachussetts.
No bias here, let’s move on.
You'd think they would be just as interested in Efwad's college transcripts, or even, dare I say, his REAL birth certificate? How can Rachel Madcow look in the mirror and shave in the morning?
The release of more than 24,000 pages of emails by the Alaska governor's office is just the latest incident Palin has orchestrated to once again keep he name in the news without committing to run in 2012.Since she's no longer the governor, just how did she supposedly orchestrate their release?
Some were obviously written by Sarah's administrative assistant. They go out on Sarah's account, but the assistant makes it clear that she is writing on behalf of her boss. This (administrators answering on behalf of the boss) is a standard practice in government and business.
