So now I understand that we are at a 31-31 tie? Is this correct? NO! The governor needs one more vote in the senate in order to pas his bill. Rest assured they will turn up the heat on Senator Diaz. Let him know you support his no vote.

I have been emailing Diaz, we met last year.
One more vote means 32 votes, there are 62 senators. So we are at a tie right now.
