One of 19 accused of ‘Cleveland gang rape’ now facing new charge for sex with 14-year-old

Marcus Porchia, one of 19 males accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in 2010, has now been charged with another sexual assault.
He was arrested by Cleveland Police Department on the afternoon of Thursday, June 9. At this time, he is in the Liberty County Jail, awaiting arraignment.
The new charge against Porchia is not related to the original charge against him for the 11-year-old’s sexual assault. The victim in the new charge was 14 years old at the time of the alleged assault. She has since turned 15.
Law enforcement sources have confirmed that DNA evidence links Porchia to the child of the 14-year-old victim.
According to the indictment, the alleged assault on the 14-year-old occurred on or about May 1, 2010. The alleged assaults on the 11-year-old Cleveland girl is said to have occurred in the fall of 2010.
At the time of his recent arrest, Porchia was out on bond awaiting trial.

I know he was out on bond. I want to know WHY he was out on bond. How many more little girls will he rape while he’s “out on bond”?
“If I had to guess, I would say they probably took his DNA after he was arrested for the second rape and matched it up to the evidence from a previous unsolved case.”
I used to ID type DNA of felons and suspects for a living. This is almost certainly the case. They had his DNA from the 14 year old, but didn’t know it was him until he was arrested and DNA taken and analyzed - then they found a match to this previous rape.
He should be spending half his life in prison at least.

I hope while he’s in prison, he will be the recipient of a gang rape himself......

He ‘was’ out on bond like the other 20 that ‘allegedly’ molested the 11YO girl. Don’t get me wrong, I’d like to keep them all chained to a tree until they get their ‘fair trial’..The law is they’re “innocent until proven guilty yada yada..” The alleged rape they just pinned on him was committed before the gang-rape of the 11 year old girl.
The big problem is, we have liberal judges that let them back out on the street after they’ve been tried and convicted.. There’s no rehabilitating a degenerate reprobate that molests children. That’s why even the most hardened criminals will take care of the molestors properly in the pen..
Here in Texas they have “sex offender units” where they keep them segregated for ‘their safety’..

Some modern medical and forensic experts did a study using advanced 3D imagery of the human body. I know the physical mecahanics of how crucifixion kills most painfully. These guys showed that with practice, and a sharp enough spike, a person could be impaled alive. I’ve read the spike actually stops the blood loss if its done properly. They also used to pull down on the victims legs to speed the process, if they felt nice.
What I was surprised about is how recently this method has been used. Wikipedia has an interesting article on it.
