The only thing that I would change is supplying real maple syrup with the pancakes instead of the corn-syrup junk.

If I weren't a small-government kind of guy I'd say: "There darned well should be!"

If I remember to, I bring along a small container of the real stuff for our breakfast. There's several maple syrup producers within 5 miles of the place, including one older gentleman who is just off a busy road the next town over.

But at $40-$50/gallon I can see why they don't automatically supply each table with the good stuff.
