It’s not stupid. It’s by design. Democrats are the party of people dependent on government. Like drug dealers getting people hooked by giving them free samples, they are trying expand that base by forcing people to be dependent on them.
Never attribute to stupidity what can be explained by greed or malice.
The problem is his blind followers are just as stupid and will swallow this hook, line and sinker as they simultaneously get evicted and can’t find work.
