I always lose at the casinos, so here’s my odds - 7 to 5 against him running. While I was trying to find the true LV odds, I stumbled across this claptrap from the Daily Kos:

Oh, he’ll run...he has been setting this up for a while...all the heavy weight oil men in Texas...are gearing up because Perry will soon announce his candidacy...and they’re behind him...we’re talking lots of money for Perry’s campaign from them...[I have a friend out of Louisiana and he has already been ask to be part of Perry’s campaign.]
