Scalia is strict, but he sometimes hollows the spirit of the Constitution with his strict theory of textual interpretation. He’s given too much leeway to legislative, police and regulatory expansion of powers.

Napolitano is a good guy and she and Sarah just had a great interview. It's obvious they are friends with one another. He tries his best to get her to say when or if she will enter the race but shes too slick/smart for him.
The more I see of Sarah the more I like her! She is RR II in a skirt,and yes I said that before.
