WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Obama administration says it will end a controversial health care waiver program in September.
Officials announced Friday that all applications for new waivers and renewals of existing ones have to be in by Sept. 22.
That would remove a potential political distraction in the 2012 elections.

Well, obamma has paid all his union supporters back, and now that the AARP has just received it, there is nobody politically worth giving the exemption to anymore, so now obamma can take the high road and end it.

Wait a minute here: Obozo is "ending" the waiver program, but applications for waivers have to be in by September? How is that "ending" anything?

That would remove a potential political distraction in the 2012 elections. Sorry, dimwits, but unless you void all the waivers you have already granted this will NOT remove this as a conservative talking point, unless the conservative candidates are just plain stupid.

Some say we must win the Senate and the White House to repeal Obamacare.
Why?
Just have our Nominee Promise:
“A Waiver in every pot”
Would be nice to get a filibuster proof Senate, too, but the waiver option is there for a smart Republican.

Translation: Obama has now given out Waivers to all his friends!

Congressional Republicans had charged favoritism, claiming that waivers were being funneled to unions. But an outside review by the Government Accountability Office found that the administration was using objective standards to make its decisions.
Funny

Wait a minute here: Obozo is "ending" the waiver program, but applications for waivers have to be in by September? How is that "ending" anything? Obama found out some of his supporters, such as the smaller unions, haven't gotten in their applications yet. There will be an extension if one misses the new deadline.

Somehow I suspect the waivers won’t actually expire until the end of 2012. Wouldn’t do to have millions of people lose their healthcare insurance right before the election.

Not so fast my Rowdy friend.
Look again. By shutting down the existing waivers and making those beneficiaries re-apply, OhOh gets a second chance to shake them down fo’ mo’ money for the campaign before the next session of the Supremes. And de unions gots to pledge their thugs yet again.
Think of it as The Just’us Brothers on a bigger scale.
