If you are suggesting Barry knows he is in deep trouble with the Fast and Furious debacle, and that he is going to make Boehner some sort of offer that would lead to it getting swept under the rug. I'm leaning towards agreeing with you.

It seems I have a bit higher opinion of Boehner than most here. I’m not a huge fan, but I’m not a Boehner-fatalist either.
