Unions are good in certain circumstances. Lets face it, lots of freepers are cheapskates who expect others to be their stooges and work for peanuts so they can save a few nickles. This was a free vote and if the Target workers want or don’t want a union in their business
Both sides said the workers at Target’s Valley Stream store voted 137-85 against unionization>>>>>>>>>
The would be union will get nowhere contesting this kind of lopsided vote
That will be interesting to see how that plays out (Target vs. Wal-Mart); in my area Wal-Marts are often outside of metro areas (probably due to the reduced costs of land). The 2 closest to me are located in New Jersey’s meadowlands, where there isn’t much residential area (due to soft ground, environmental restrictions, and outright contamination of soil); few people could walk to them.
Sheesh. Didn't Bruno show up with the "found" 100 votes for unionization?
Later....137 cars were found with slashed tires and broken windows.
True. My Union buddy whines constantly of how the do-nothing slackers he works with get paid the same as he does for doing a lot less work.
“Very Liberal of them, keep filing lawsuits until you win.”
That’s the only game they know.
