The smoking gun evidence that annuls Obama’s presidency is Obama’s college transcripts regarding his application for and receiving of foreign student aid. Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript from Occidental College shows that Obama (Barry Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship (scholarship) for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program – an international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government. Grants are available for U.S. citizens to go abroad and for non-U.S. citizens with no U.S. permanent residence to come to the U.S. To qualify, for the non-US citizen scholarship to study in the U.S., a student applicant must claim and provide proof of foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. The United States Constitution requires that Presidents (and Vice Presidents) of the United States be natural born citizens of the United States.

To get a professional engineering license in most states, one has to have their transcripts sent to the state of licensure. Do lawyers have a similar obligation to get their license? Can't that be released as public information?

I have read similar reports many months ago, and they were found to be a hoax; for instance, as I understand it, Fulbright scholarships are not given to in-coming students. I think they are only available to graduate students.
1.Occidental College in California and Columbia officials: Still, I believe that if Occidental College and Columbia University officials know that Obama's college records show that Obama is a liar and fraud and that he is not eligible to be President of the United States, then I say shame on Occidental and Columbia officials for playing hardball and hiding behind privacy laws to protect Obama when the future existence of the United States as we know it is at stake.
2. My point is this: I say that Occidental and Columbia officials have a moral duty to tell us if Obama registered as a foreign student and if the Social Security number he used is not really his, even if means hiring high-priced lawyers to find out how Occidental officials can legally find loopholes in college privacy laws.
3. BURN IN HELL: I say that Occidental and Columbia officials should all burn in hell if they know for a fact that Obama registered as a foreign student and that Obama is using a false Social Security number and they crawl into their holes and say nothing.
4. That is, if they know in their hearts that Obama should have never been allowed to run for President of the United States of America back in 2008 because he was ineligible, and they continue to remain silent as they hide behind college privacy laws and do nothing, then, again, I say let them ALL BURN IN HELL for allowing Obama to drag this great country into economic and spiritual chaos.

The left has proved that the majority of citizens have not the energy or interest nor the confidence in their ability to reason, to read our Constitution and confirm for themselves what every US Senator agreed was a requirement to be president - to be born of parents who were citiens. Citizens have been tricked by a polemical device, the claim that because there was no definition of natural born citizen in the Constitution, that the definition was open to debate. The Constituion has almost no definitions - by design. Felonies are not defined in the Cosntitution, but no one argues that we don't know what it means. Definitions come from the language and law at the time of the framers. Our most cited legal reference was Vattel's Law of Nations, cited in The Venus, 12 US 253, by Chief Justice Marshall, as the definitive source for "born on the soil of citizen parents." Senate Res 511 sponsored by Pat Leahy and Clair McCaskill is part of the Congressional Record. It was supported by Barack’s constitutional law professor and adviser at Harvard, Larry Tribe, and confirmed in clarifications in supreme court cases by ten justices, five of them chief justices, and by the originator of the 14th Amendment, Congressman/Judge John Bingham.
It doesn't matter whether the author is a troll or a useful idiot. Pointing to the unknowable has been an effective tactic. The left's ownership of the media, and Obama's having packed the supreme court, those who know fear to speak up. They know they will only face the "Birther" diatribe - Alinsky's 5th rule about the effectiveness of ridicule. That is why, amidst all the pontificating, Glenn Beck, who, in learning, has enlightened most of us, will not talk about John Marshall, or John Jay, or Emir Vattel (whose Law of Nations was our nation's first law book at our first law school, William and Mary, in a curriculum specified by Thomas Jefferson).
These peripheral issues, issues which the public knows will never be addressed, suppress the truth that the masses have been successfully conditioned, and simply accept that what Jay and Marshall and Waite and Bingham and Hughes, and Chertoff and Leahy said is somehow no longer relevant. It was only relevant when it provided cover for McCain so that no republican dared raise the eligibility issue. But since lawmakers, with a few exceptions, won't address the issue, citizens, sheep that many are, assume there was no issue. There is an issue, but "The persuasion of power" has silenced the already timid representatives, even those who proclaim their reverence for The Constitution.

Just a question: Not being familiar with the language of the privacy act cited above, my question is: If the protected records hide proof of a crime, can they be released?? - maybe to a court??
If Obama were investigated for a violation of the law, couldn’t authorities gain access to those documents.
I'm no legal eagle, but I suspect a prosecutor would have to have probable cause. Courts tend to frown on fishing expeditions.
We're going to see a lot more of this sort of thing as long as there's a group of people who will believe anything they hear as long as it's pleasing. Even obvious hoaxers have had success baiting birthers.
