Skip to comments.Google refuses to celebrate Christmas or Easter, but is celebrating gay pride month.

Google will often change its logo in order to celebrate random dates and holidays. However, Google has stated that it will not do anything special for religious holidays like Christmas or Easter. Google's reason is that it does not want to appear biased or discriminatory... However, Google doesn't seem to have ANY problem celebrating gay pride month. All this month Google has "decorated" their page with rainbows whenever anyone does a search related to homosexuality or gay marriage. Try it yourself.

One word: BING
Plus anything to do with Earth Day, they will celebrate. Thier own religious belief system IOW.
yeah, use bing
“Try it yourself.”
“All this month Google has “decorated” their page with rainbows whenever anyone does a search related to homosexuality or gay marriage.”
That is not true.
Google Search of “Homosexual Agenda” does not yield a rainbow.
Hey Google—you can b—w me for christmas.
They didn’t do anything on FLAG DAY....................
The fag agenda pokes along.
Is it still socially acceptable in America to object to the use of a beautiful symbol of God’s promise to mankind as, instead, a celebration of sexual perversion? Or shall I now be ordered to Reeducation Camp?
Google probably employs many gays and most(not all) gays are not just atheists, but also quite anti-Christian.
I work with many gays here, in Austin and a couple of family members are gay so I speak from experience.
That is very Queer or as Barney Frank says, Queeah
My buddy works for MS in Redmond, and she said the company is overflowing with Dems. Try Dogpile (the owners are ex-military) or Duckduckgo, which links to Bing sometimes.
I still think Google is being too obvious in supporting this abomination!
My daughter works for PNC bank, and they also would not let any Christmas/Easter decor, but are supporting LGBT month.
I told her not to expect me to give her any business. and my godmother closed her account!!
I too have switched to bing.
I have joined a growing number of Christians who do not celebrate Xmas or Ishtar either. When I get a moment to be able to point out that neither is in the Bible, and that both are based on non-Scriptural custom, a lot of co-workers admit they wished they could get away with not having to spend all the money on frivolous gifts.
As to gay pride days, no person who is sexually immoral can enter the New Jerusalem, which pictures salvation Revelation 22:15. Apart from people who are proud of what God calls sinful behavior, I hope this helps to clarify the thinking of heterosexual conservatives here on FR who may be living with their girlfriends. If you are living your life as if you are married, maybe you ought to go ahead and clear up that one final detail.
After Google tags you as pro-homo, I wonder if they serve you different content (besides the rainbows) — like suppressing or promoting certain sites.
Also, what other tags might they be assigning to users?
“Google” is Greek for rump-ranger.
I have changed to Bing as well. On Flag Day, they had a very nice American Flag theme on their homepage.
An idiotic policy - as if X-mas trees candycanes presents etc or ‘Easter’ bunnies or eggs etc has anything to do with Christianity.
But it says a lot about them that they think snowmen and candy canes on Dec 25th is “too Christian”.
You don’t get a rainbow for “faggotry”, “buggery”, or “rump ranger” either.
They've always been idiots and it looks like they're going to stay that way as long as they're everyones' favorite search engine. Several years ago I figured out they were screwing with search results and I started using other things most of the time. When they were obviously ignoring Christmas that I just quit using them all together. I actually like Bing better than I ever did Gooball and Yahoo is even better than Gooball these days. Thanks for the response, I couldn't recall either of those images you posted but my wife said she remembers the Easter Eggs from some time. Regards
Go start a search engine and put what you want on it.
Free markets are great. These guys don’t owe you anything. Use them or not.
Letter to Google, FOX and Disney:
Sever Ties With Radical Group
That Targets Our Children!
No Christmas trees? No Christmas cards? No Christmas lights? No Christmas cookies? No Christmas carols? No Santa or Rudolph or Frosty or Linus reciting the true meaning of Christmas?
No Christmas shopping, meaning a lot of buisinesses that count on their December sales to make a profit, would close and lay off their employees, forcing them and their children to suffer?(Please give me a list of all of the businesses that you and your family are associated with so we can all join together and follow your example and not buy any of their products for a whole month as Christmas gifts.)This may sound harsh, but I don’t think you realize the impact this would have if everyone did this.
I don’t think Jesus would mind if we take part in all of these things as long as we still display the nativity scene, sing “Oh Holy Night”—my favorite, and attend Church services to celebrate his birth.
