It looks to me like he joined the military in order to fast-track U.S. citizenship.
I do wonder why he wasn’t discharged after his prior arrest, for damaging 27 vehicles I think.
I also wonder about Arlington security if he was able to wander around in there all night and wearing a backpack.
I have lots of questions about this “act alone” suspect, but the story seems to have been dropped, along with the fact he’s mooslim, carried explosives ingredients and “allahu akbar” literature.
Does joining the military fast-track U.S. citizenship? It seems like the opposite to me.
