So this so called mentally handicapped person couldn’t dress himself but knew how to use a gun? I find that hard to believe!
Yeah, I was thinking the exact same thing. The author thought that would just slip by us....

Right. Couldn’t dress himself, but could find a way to get a gun, learn how to use it, and learn how to navigate his way to a crack house. I guess when he was on death row, somebody had to dress him every day.
